Do you offer payment plans?
20% down to secure slot and at 75% work will begin. 100% to ship.
Can you add Extra Zippers?
We can add hidden pockets and extra zippers, yes.
How long before I receive my suit?
The queue is always fluctuating but 12-14 months is the current wait-time.
I'm a minor, can I commission a suit?
Absolutely! as long as a parent/guardian is present to work with.
can you ship internationally?
Yes, we have a partnership with FedEx for international shipments.
Customs taxes and fees apply.
will my suit hold up to rough use?
While quality is top priority with our suits, we are still limited to the durability of the materials used. That said, we constantly scour the internet for the highest quality materials.
What do i use to transport my suit?
Some people use expensive "pelican" cases but high dollar boxes advertise high dollar contents. We recommend using a simple suit case or hockey bag to travel with your fursuit.
How do i clean my suit?
For the head, spot clean only with woolite or similar mild laundry detergent and rinse clean, avoiding getting the eyes or any electronics wet. The bodies (digi bodies with padding filler removed) can be turned inside out, washed in a washing machine (WITHOUT AN AGITATOR) on cold, gentle cycle. DO NOT DRY IN A DRYER! Turn your suit right side out and gently brush it while it dries over a fan. We like to use the shower curtain rod for this.
will brushing remove fur?
Using the included (or similar) brush will initially remove some fur, as it's normal for some initial shedding to occur. As long as you're gentle, your suit will appreciate a good brushing. This is especially true after a wash.
